1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by STRVCTURE-LAB. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to STRVCTURE-LAB. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. PRINT ON DEMAND & FULFILLMENT

Our products are created using a Print on Demand (POD) process. This means:

  • Production: Manufacturing begins only after an order is successfully processed.

  • Visuals: Product images (mockups) are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, actual colors and print placement may vary slightly due to the printing process.

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if there are errors in the pricing or descriptions.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Because we work with external fulfillment partners via Printify, shipping times consist of Production Time (2-7 business days) plus Shipping Transit Time. STRVCTURE-LAB is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect addresses provided by the user.

5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Because each item is custom-made specifically for your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind (buyer’s remorse).

  • Ordering the wrong size or color.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged product or one with a manufacturing error, please contact us at strvcture.lab@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will facilitate a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of STRVCTURE-LAB. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or copy any portion of our designs or service without express written permission from us.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which STRVCTURE-LAB operates.
