Shipping policy

1. PRODUCTION & FULFILLMENT TIME

All our products at STRVCTURE-LAB are made-to-order. This means that once you place an order, we print it specifically for you.

  • Standard Processing Time: 2–7 business days.2

     

  • Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.

  • Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. SHIPPING ESTIMATES

We ship worldwide. Shipping times depend on your location and the specific fulfillment center used for your product. Below are the average transit times after the order has been produced:

Rest of the World 10–30 business days

Note: These are estimates. During peak seasons (like Christmas) or due to customs delays, shipping may take longer.

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on specific orders (e.g., orders over a certain value), which will be clearly displayed during checkout.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, STRVCTURE-LAB is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied to your package. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

7. LOST OR STAMAGED PACKAGES

If your tracking info says "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at strvcture.lab@gmail.com. For damaged items, please include high-quality photos so we can send a replacement as quickly as possible.
